Hubei Dayuan Mould Technology Co., Ltd. has 3,000 square metres of production workshop and 50 technical workers.We have accumulated 20 years of production experience in extrusion mould technology. From mould design, production to commissioning, Dayuan Company has trained a mature talent team.

  Dayuan Company has set up a research and development centre to apply high-pressure and low-turbulence design, development and production in the product, and the combination of formula technology, production operation, equipment and mould to achieve the best effect of the product. And actively introduce foreign advanced technology to develop new products.

  Dayuan Company purchased multiple sets of CNC machining centres in the processing workshop to ensure the accuracy and speed of the mould, and can produce hundreds of sets per month.

  Dayuan Company still set up a mould testing centre and introduced three sets of advanced single-twin screw extruder production lines. Simulate the extrusion process conditions for preliminary debugging to ensure the quality of the mould.

Our extrusion moulds are all over the world and are adopted by most large domestic companies. At present, our wood plastic series extrusion moulds dominate most large wood plastic enterprises and many overseas companies in China. It is a joint-stock enterprise integrating R&D and production of WPC (wood-plastic composite materials) extrusion tools and PVC extrusion tools. It is one of the earliest factories to produce WPC profiles and PVC profile extrusion tools.
